KOA launches LOWE restaurant

KOA, a Dubai-based real estate company, announced the opening of the LOWE * Sunday restaurant on March 10, 2019. The LOWE restaurant is located in the KOA Kanvas project and offers guests a highly refined menu of delicacies, featuring the dishes brought by Jesse Blake and Kate Christo, who have a wealth of experience gained from working in Australia's best kitchens. The duo was keen to create a modern and non-traditional menu in a carefully designed, simple and distinctive atmosphere.
The move came in collaboration between the CEO and founder of KOA, Mr. Mohammed Za'al and these two ambitious young men, and started following the appreciation and common passion among themselves to upgrade the simple components in a modern and modern way. LOWE harmonizes with KOA's modern and creative vision, to be an integral part of it. In keeping with this vision, the LOWE restaurant embodies an innovative concept of modern dining in a relaxed, unique and welcoming atmosphere. Lowe's name means the warm fire light in Arabic, referring to the main cooking techniques adopted by the restaurant concept. The restaurant also offers a fireplace to prepare delicious dishes using exceptional cooking techniques.
The restaurant offers guests breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the menu includes a selection of fine dishes carefully prepared by Jesse and Kate. The breakfast list has been developed to include several popular dishes, including "light bran with crispy smoked peaches, burnt honey and scalloped custard", "avocado curd with flat salmon, cabbage and coriander", and "salty veal with sauce Hot kimchi "," fried eggs, pickled onions and watercress salad ".
